As the guiding rails of your garage door, tracks need to provide a certain level of reliability. Mr. Luiz’s garage door track on the left side wasn’t up to par anymore. It kept causing the rollers to grind against it and would slow the movement of the panels. We measured the door and checked the model to fit a new garage door track in place of the old one. The second track on the right was in good shape and didn’t need replacing. We replaced the left garage door track, lubricated all rollers, and tested the system for other issues.
